Wonton Soup Recipe
Wonton soup recipe is made by starting with a good stock, and that stock is entirely up to your tastes. This recipe begins with a good chicken stock. Wontons are made in the palm of your hand by spreading the wrappers flat and them placing a bit of the filling into the center. All you have to do then is to compress the edges of the wrapper together with your fingers, but be sure to release any air from the inside.
You can do this into any shape you are comfortable with, and by adding a bit of moisture to the inner edges of the wrapper, you will get better adhesion. A right triangle shape can be accomplished by pulling together just two opposite corners and sealing all the edges, or you can also create a globular shape by bringing all four corners together then seal. This wonton soup recipe includes ground pork and minced shrimp, which are traditional in many Chinese dishes.
